Whether you are envisioning a full service wedding, DIY, or something in-between, I would love to make your wedding vision come to life with the magic of specialty, locally grown flowers.

What to Expect of the Wedding Process

We will begin with a dedicated consultation to dive deep into your unique style and dreams for your wedding day. This is where your vision starts to take shape as we explore colors, themes, and layouts that resonate with you.

Following our conversation, you will receive a floral proposal which will outline the flowers available for your day, the specific elements, and a transparent breakdown of the cost.

Once you are thrilled with the proposal, we finalize your date. A $200 required retainer and a signed contract will lock in your booking.

As your wedding approaches, your plans may naturally evolve, so two months before your wedding, we will reach out to review every detail. Together, we will make any necessary adjustments to your contract, ensuring every element is perfectly aligned with your final headcount, timeline, and wishes.

Full Service Weddings

Walnut Hill Flower Farm offers comprehensive, full-service floral design to bring your unique wedding vision to life. I will guide you from concept to creation with a stress-free process that includes an in-person consultation, a custom design proposal, and dedicated planning communication.

Our full-service package handles every detail from start to finish—including personal flowers, centerpieces, altar pieces, and large-scale installations like ceremony arches. On the day of your wedding, we manages the entire on-site delivery, setup, and installation so you can relax and enjoy your day.

Logistics: Final delivery costs are calculated by mileage. We are also happy to assist with the setup of additional styling elements, such as table numbers and candles, for an additional fee.

A La Carte Weddings

À la carte floral services are designed for couples who want professional personal flowers—such as bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages—but plan to handle the venue decor themselves. This budget-friendly option eliminates day-of on-site florist fees, allowing your friends and family to manage flower pickup and DIY decorating.
